TopUpSaathi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("TopUpSaathi Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website and app, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
Name, email, line nicknames, plan lengths, recharge dates and reminder settings; optional numbers if you add them; and technical logs for security. Never OTPs, operator logins, card details, UPI IDs or PINs, SMS, contacts or call logs.
Purpose & consent
To calculate validity, send reminders you enable, respond to you and secure the service — based on consent given at sign-up, which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing
Only with hosting and messaging processors under contract, family members you invite to your board, and authorities where required by law. Never sold; never shared with operators.
Your rights
Access, correction, completion, erasure, nomination and grievance redressal — privacy@topupsaathi.mobi. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Retention & age
Encrypted in transit and at rest; erased within 30 days of deletion. For users aged 18+.
